Amaras Space - Breastfeeding and Postnatal Support Services

Hi, I’m Keri. Having my 2 children was amazing. It was also my biggest challenge. I suffered with PND and really struggled to accept any support or even that anything was wrong. I continued (just) to work full time, supporting vulnerable client groups, with 2 small children for many years until the opportunity arose to take redundancy. I have since retrained as a Breastfeeding Counsellor, Postnatal Practitioner and Baby Massage Practitioner - BA (Hons) Birth and Beyond Educator with the NCT, as well as more recently a Certified Lactation Support Provider. I am passionate about supporting families to adapt to their new lives and create a community of support around them.
